Poor service

My sister went to the Aliwal North Post office on Saturday the 7th of December to send documents to me (Cape Town) and she asked for overnight delivery. I know that because she sent them on Saturday they will arrive on Monday. But when I went to the University of Cape Town Post Office, at about 15:20 to track the documents the system said that they are still in Aliwal North. I was shocked how could that be after paying more more to get a faster service the documents were still in Aliwal North at that time of the day. I checked this morning and the documents were scanned in Bloemfontein at 16:38 yesterday. I am very disappointed and this is not the first time this branch has made a blunder of my things. I know Aliwal North is a small town, the bad service is inexcusable.
