Worst holiday eve

Was at Cayley Lodge this weekend. Booked an 8 and 4 sleeper. Found that both chalets had same number of pots, frying pan (1 small), pyrex bowls and 2 slice toaster. Was a nightmare to make meals. Breakfast took forever and not enough storage containers. 1 week before check-in, I called the resort to ask for both chalets to be close to each other. Did not call me back. On arrival requested again but were unhelpful, yet one meter from our doorway there was a 4 sleeper with occupants arriving hours after us. On Saturday night we had to buy our own wood to make a fire in the Games Room. (We were told to do this from the onsite shop) At 21:00, manager asked us to leave, because he needed to close. On Sunday night, he became aggressive and wanted to know who gave us permission to light a fire. Was arrogant and ushered us off the premises. I wasted 7000 points and almost R2000 as levy on this holiday. I would like RCI to investigate as management need to know that this is a NEW DEMOCRATIC South Africa. If you are not courteous, choose another avenue of work. Our worst holiday ever. My daughter and family travelled from JHB to celebrate their father's 60th birthday. Am very disheartened.
