Really bad service in Aliwal NOrth

Good day,

Please assist me in this matter. I have a contract with Alcatech Autopage in Aliwal north. My phone that I got with this contract was a Black Berry Curve, whice gave me problems from the start. I send it in for repairs and after I got it back it was still giving a lot of problems. The manager in charge told me to send it back and the waiting period was between 3 - 6 weeks for a NEW phone. This is my 7th week. Each time I call, they just tell me its in for repairs and they are not finished yet. Firstly they told me I was getting a new phone and now its only a repair? And I'm still waiting. The service in Aliwal North is terrible. The people just don't care to even try and help me. I am so tired trying to fix this problems which aren't my fault. I want to cancel each contract I have with them and will take my business else where. I am not pleased with the service we as customers receive.
