I cant get my refund back

I booked, paid for and changed a ticket with Kulula in September 2012. When I got to the Airport (Lanseria) to fly Kulula would not let me fly because of the change I made to the ticket, This was also during the time they updated their website. The People behind the desk were not very helpful, friendly or accommodating in fact they were rude. I was told I needed to pay for a new ticket and claim for the first one I purchased otherwise I would miss my flight. I did just that. After numerous phone calls and emails and 8 months down the line, I still have not received my refund or an apology. Give me my money BACK. Not Cool!!!
