As a consumer I'm near tears. We don't travel by air as often, thus I booked the one-way flight from Lanseria to PE in January to avoid increased costs closer to the time. I've learnt in the past week that I don't have classes on that day, which means that I can travel with my family on an earlier date. Now Kulula confirmed that I cannot cancel the ticket and get my money back (or even some of it), and to make it worse, my husband needs to return earlier, and I wanted to find out if it's possible to change the flight from PE to Lanseria. And no, it is not transferrable either. I know now it's in the T&C's, but is it fair Kulula? You take money as early as the booking is made, receive interest on these early bookings, and now it's money in the water for me as a consumer, because I cannot sell the ticket, refund the ticket, change the ticket, nothing?
