HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE METRORAIL TO REPLACE A BULB

For three weeks now the lights in the subway at Lansdowne station have been out. I called Metrorail and lodged a complaint Friday 3May 2013, im still waiting for someone to contact me and its been three weeks really how long can it take to fix the light?

Friday morning I walked through the subway in darkness only to find a body lying next to me (someone sleeping in the subway) this is not acceptable.
