Kulula charges 3 times for 1 ticket and no refund!

I booked online for a flight and paid via EFT. There was instantly an error message that said my payment was unsuccessful although it registered on my phone right away. I phoned Kulula and spoke to Tanya who then proceeded to confirm my original payment and issue a flight ticket. The fun started a week later when at midnight my phone goes off and I see Kulula has taken another R4260 from my account, that is R6451 for 1 flight to Jnb and back to George. After 20 emails and 20 phone calls they give me in writing, thank goodness I insisted, how they will refund me the R4260.
A week later I get R2095 back. They still owe me R2191 now but all I get when I phone them is "we have refunded you already, please check your bank statements". I sent them there own email where I am guaranteed my money back. No luck with that, its like they are delaying this until I give up!!! I have spoken to many patients of mine who are still waiting, 4 months later for there refund from Kulula!! They took my money out of my account with out my permission, that is!!
I am at wits end with Kulula and Shafiek Lasker who has to be told the whole story from the beginning every 3 days!! WHY MUST I BEG??
