Bought and paid a flight ticket online. Chaos!

I bought a flight ticket on your website today. Received an email later asking me to contact them urgently, which i did via email. I was then told that my bank declined the transaction and that i should contact them? I immediately checked my statement and saw an amount of R98 was deducted by travelstart from my account. Upon asking, i was told that it was only the handling fee.

Excuse me, but i want do fly to port elizabeth, not be handled! More than enough money in my account for the ticket, why was a separate payment requested for an amount that i did not authorize.

You WILL refund that R98 In full into my account, which i will provide if and when i am contacted by a manager. I have no desire to do further business with you.
