I am very dissapointed in how autopage have handled the following situation. I am trying to have my contract upgraded I have had with them for the last 10 years. problem is my father being the one who has to pay the bill needs to sign the contracts. He is quadtriplegic and is not able to sign the paperwork. I have gotten a power of attorney letter as well as a medical report. But still I can not get anyone to help me. I am fed up with begin told they will call me when nothing happens. Your call centre could not possibly give any worse service. I was told I have to go to midrand to have this dealt with.. now really this is ridiculous.
