Ignore request for cancellation of lines

Cancelled my business lines on 14 January 2013. Keeps getting accounts that escalate with more than R800 every month since then. Lines were cut the same day! Send them e-mails every month since then. Have now received warning from their debt department for the outstanding amount of more than R3500! When I complained about that they said I should send them a signed letter with letterhead for cancellation to be completed! (more than 3 months after my first e-mail to them!). Waiting in suspense for outcome!
