4 months and lines still not cancelled

I e-mailed [Email Removed] to cancel 2 telephone lines. They phoned back and said I must send 1 letter per line. This I did and 2 letters were sent on 25 Sep 2013. To date the lines have still not been cancelled and we are still being billed and our bank debited each month.
