I have made more than 15 calls to edgars asking them to update my profile online in order for me to view my statement and check my purchase history/information. Nothing has been updated and after numerous email sent via the website still no response. Why is nobody bothered to help me as their customer? It has been over a month now that I have been struggling with them to update my profile. NOBODY CARES!!! HELP IS NEEDED FOR URGENT RESPONSE!!! FRUSTRATING!!!
