Telkom - a service provider? You sure?

Here's what happened:
1. Found a specific phone I wanted to purchase on Telkom Direct website.
2. Tried to phone Telkom Direct shop at Eastgate... no answer.
3. Went to shop... no stock!
4. Asked what other shops may have stock... they don't know.

So what this means is... I can't phone shop to establish stock availability, I'll have to drive to each shop to establish stock. BTW 10210 can't help either.

And this in a world of hi-tech technology and communications provided (SORT OF) by Telkom. Nogal!

SO HOW DO I BUY THE PHONE. TELKOM? Brilliant Business model!
