I did an online contract on Telkom mobiles website. I was contacted by Willard. The application was approved and my bank account was debited with three hundred and thirty rands on the 30th of September 2013. I spoke online to kabelo 5 days later to inquire and he could not find any new contract on my profile. I then sent an online complaint via the website about this issue. I received an email from Telkom mobile sales web lead asking two of their people to assist but nothing since. Why do they not communicate if there is a problem? No stock? tell me.
