Middle February I was told that I can order the Sony Experia Go and it will be there in a week. This became 2 weeks, a month and till where I am now still, end of April, without a phone. I know the phone is on backorder, but it does not explain why all Cellucity's customers got their orders, and the Somerset-West customers got theirs as well, a month ago already!

If there was any clarity on the subject then I would have understood. But when contacting the Vodacom store, I will just hear "We don't know when the stock will come in". Contacting a Cellucity they told me when the stock will come into South Africa and when their shops will receive it.

I have personally left a message for the manager of the store and a week has gone by with no response. I'm currently with a phone that needs to be charged twice a day and I cant handle this nonsense anymore!
