Never ending bad service

Regarding my report posted on the 15th of April, regarding cellC and the bad service, I received a a call from a very rude Sipho Sithole after and had a hectic exchange of words with him where I hung up on him, I later received a call from a wonderful lady Nelly, she assisted me but now my problem is that she escalated my issue to the legal department who were supposed to call me back for payment arrangement, but it has been over a week now and they still have not contacted me, on top of the the things Sipho was accusing me of, I have tried to contact cellc but to no avail. I don't see why I have to chase them to contact me, it's absurd how they harass clients
