FORTH time writing a report about CellC!

CellC this is now my FORTH report on hellopeter to you! We have spent endless hours on the phone with your call centre, been to your head office, been to your store branches AND hellopetered you FOUR times and yet we still have not resolved the issue! We moved to a new area and get NO CellC signal whats so ever! CellC said they are aware of the problem but that it can only be resolved when they build new towers. We then decided to end our three CellC contracts as they are of no use to us! We are paying a lot of money for a service that CellC cannot provide us! We have filled out the forms for our contracts to be terminated and have not heard a word from CellC since then, this was three weeks ago! We refuse to pay for the termination of our contracts as we feel it is CellC who has breached the contract! CellC ONLY respond to us on hellopeter, apologizing for the poor service and promising that someone will contact us shortly! This has been going on for THREE months and no one has contacted us! CellC keep making empty promises and apologies! This is unacceptable!!!
