Hi,

RE: 3G modem contract

April 2013: I was charged for internet usage in March 2013, specifically after midnight even though I had a balance left. I logged a complaint with CellC telephonically.

May to June 2013: An investigation was carried out by the IT department with the escalated queries department. Different billing reports were sent to me to justify the overcharge and I responded by pointing out the errors in the same reports.

July 2013: Sipho Sithole from escalated queries informed me that I would be refunded for specific transactions and not others. I agreed to this settlement.

I still have not received the refund. I have emailed Sipho Sithole cc'ing escalated queries a few times through August and September 2013. I receive read reports but he has not replied. I even re-logged this complaint in September and have received no feedback.
