So I have been in a mini war with Vodacom for a while as firstly a consultant forgot to deactivate my blackberry services for a year, never sent me my billing report (because the same consultant wrote my email down incorrectly) and on top of it all my account payment was ridiculously high!

So I was swapped to a smart L package by another consultant and low and behold i was being charged a lot more than expected this month in April.

So i was on a war path with Vodacom, pitch fork and torch in hand ready to bring war!

But to my satisfaction, a sweet lady named Avril answered the phone. She within 10 minutes explained all my queries to me, and even was kind enough to suggest i remove a subscription to SMS's (that i never knew i had by the way!) to help me save money as i had it part of my current package. She had a calm way about her and did all she could to help.

So i layed down my pitch fork and torch. Removed my war gear and was happily satisfied with her help.

If Vodacom (or any call centre) had more Avrils i think the call service industry would be a happy place for us customers.
