Sim Swap

On the 26th of Feburaury 2013 someone called mtn customer service to do a sim swap for the number 0782933394 that number belonged to me, Miss NCT Mkhize and i was not the one who made that call, while i was busy on the phone the line got cutted, then i relised that they busy buying airtime through cellphone banking in my bank account, for the amount of R1500. then i followed it up with the bank but they did not help me saying i am the one who did that transactions. i want a voice record for that particular day, and i want FNB to return my money as soon as possible
