NO PHONE AND NO SERVICE

I upgraded my contact 4 WEEKS ago and I still haven't received my phone!!! I am beyond the point of being patient now and up to this day I have not received one sms or email or phone call to update me on the status or apologise for the pathetic service. I was told it will take 2-3 days to get my phone and since then I (the customer) have been doing the follow up work thus THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, something you are suppose to do. I do not want to hear one more time that the phones might be coming in this week and then it doesn't. I don't care if there is some issue. I want an ACCURATE answer as to when I will receive my phone. I honestly don't get what it is with autopage, you are probably one of the worst service providers out there, and I regret every second of renewing my contract with you again and not cancelling it, because this is the same story every single time! I am now sick and tired of this place! Always eager to get my money and business but never offer anything in return.
