GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY

Cell c deducted money from my bankaccount and i am not making use of any of their services. Nelly phoned me 2 weeks ago and said that m complaint is being atended to and she phoned me again later saying that the delivery of my handset has been arranged but still i havent received m handset or my money back. Very, very bad service! GIVE MY MONEY BACK!
