Cell C Signal (lacking)

I have been having endless problems with my Cell C phone. I work in the center of Sandton. One would expect a cellular network to have signal in Sandton the Business hub of South-Africa. Guess again. What happens is my phone does not ring. Then I get a SMS saying Missed call from "Number". I then have to call them back wasting my minutes/Money if my minutes are out. Or I type a sms (again using my free sms's) As I am sitting here I have tried to send the SMS 4 times. My signal is on 3/5 bars but I dont get calls. When I call someone they cant hear me i cant hear them and so.

The worst part of this is when I get home. I stay in Ferndale. I have no signal at all. I stull get the sms's a day later stating that so and so was looking for me. When I do make a phone call I have to walk to my outside gate to actually have any conversation. There is no 3G connection and SMS's also dont get sent.

Today I had training in Bryanston. So I wanted to check for Emails. But again there was no 3G connection.

What is Cell C doing to rectify the problem. I cant go on like this and I am looking to cancel my contract.
