I went from MTN to Cell C because i was fed up with MTN, Oh my word what did i do.

I purchased a prepaid number just to see how it goes, Yesterday i loaded R25 i had a total of R28.60, i received an sms from 27840033530 the sms said "BSMS" and R14 was deducted, I was left with R14.56, 2 calls to Cell C and they just dont care, tonight the 1st of august i received another sms from the same number with the same in the sms and the other R14 was deducted, i phoned again and gave the guy my previous reference number which the 2nd guy couldnt locate on the system 1308310000245854, Isaid i want my money back, he told me they cannot give it to me i have to phone whoever to get it back of some sunscription which i have no idea of because i do not use internet or facebook, only whatsapp. STAY FAR AWAY FROM cellc, allan get your together.
