In January I decided to move to Cell C from Vodacom in order to save money. It has since become clear that this was a bad mistake. Cell C sent me an SMS on 13 Feb to inform me that the handset will be delivered "shortly". I phoned them on 14, 15, 18 and 19 Feb and each day get told that the handset will be delivered the next day. Also, each day they don't seem to have any record that I had phoned them the previous day. I've held on for a total of at least two hours in the process and am still no closer to a solution.
I need a very good reason why I shouldn't cancel the contract now before I even receive the handset because not only are they grossly incompetent but all my friends that have Cell C contracts complain about their network.
