Neotel trying to kill us

Our Neotel service is shocking so we spent a small fortune having a massive aerial installed. Neotel arranged for some clowns to come through and install the aerial. They have installed it in such a way that anyone walking up the stairs will have their shoulder cut. I have phoned and emailed Neotel and they don't seem to have any interest in sorting out this problem. Neotel, you have 7 days to fix this problem otherwise I will advise my client to proceed with legal action. This is a major infringement on health and safety standards and totally unacceptable!
