NEVER OFFERED INSURANCE FOR MY BLACKBERRY

I applied for my contract less than 3 weeks ago. The sales person never askes me do I want Insurance on my Blackberry 9360. I havent even paid my first installment as yet. This morning I got Hijacked and they took my phone. Now all of a sudden there was no such thing as insurance during December. I now have to pay my contract for 2 years. Wich I wont because the sales department didnt do their job properly. How can I pay for something if I didnt even pay the first payment!!! Pathetic, they have no CUSTOMER SERVICE / CARE!!
