Cellphone Insurance is bad

I got Cellphone Insurance through Edgars so anyway my Cellphone got 2 weeks ago and I claimed it back from the Insurance,

The claim was approved on Friday and I went Saturday to collect the new phone at Middelburg Mall in Mpumalanga,

The amount I was given for a new cellphone was R2950,

Firstly Edgars did not have Vodacom stock of the Blackberry 9360 (which I previously had) and that was the only phone for the Amount Hollard was paying for,

Then the lady that assisted me told me that the Blackberry 9360 will no longer be produced and that it will be replaced with another Blackberry, and I could not have taken a cheaper phone as I would have lost out on the balance

I had to take whatever stock they had left of the Blackberry 9360 and that was MTN Stock in White,

And the worst part of it all that phone was R3099,

I had to pay R150 of my own money and R200 Excess,

I was only given R2950 and I had no choice but to take what they gave me as I was told it was the last of Stock.. I want my refund of R150.00 as I was not made aware of any of this when I claimed from Insurance, whats the point of having Insurance when Edgars does not have stock of phones.
