Cell phone with no signal

I logged a complaint a few months ago with regards to my cell phones signal which is lost the entire time. An agent called me, did whatever check he claimed to have done and told me their is nothing wrong with my phone. Well my phone has gone from bad to worse..last night my had no service the entire evening and took for me to remove the battery before I regained some. Calls get dropped constantly, msg's get stuck mid convo on bb, internet connection is useless and i am left constantly struggling with my phone. AGAIN I WILL SAY IT, I entered into this contract wiyth cell c last July, its not even a year yet and I have had more problems with my phone than getting any joy out of it. my phone crashed recently as well and i had to take it in to get it fixed. I am utterly not impressed with the i have to put up with when it comes to cell c. You get your money on time monthly no hassles while I am sitting with a phone that I cant use half the time because signal is that bad. Something worthwhile better be done about this and get sorted 100% or I will be taking matters further. This nonsense i will not put up with anylonger.
