Blackberry 9900 repair service is a big joke

On the 19/07/2012 I purchased a cell phone with Faried gordan from Cell C Kenilworth and so my problems started, a month later phone was freezing all the time and losing battery life and I came in they sent it away for repair like salesman told me he has to follow procure. After 4 weeks my phone comes back and they said I had a software problem remember now I was not offered a loan phone. Few weeks after that I had the same problem and brought it back and they say its software and they will let me when it's done, again no loan phone. So it came back and again it the same problem so now to date it's been to joberg 3 times and several times in the shop with no loan phone and no repair. So this week was the pits for me I get a call after 3 weeks to say I must pay 795 for my repair because they can't see if my is in warranty and it's the first time it's in wow cell C where has my phone been going all this time I phone the branch andand say what's going on and a lady at cell c says it will be in tomorrow. So Friday comes and im siting still with no phone.no man i want a new phone i cant deal with this service
