Cell C phone contracts
To whom it may concern

I am now writing this letter to inform you that after having been very patient and accommodating I have now come to my whit's end, from the very first day that I opened the two contracts, one with a phone, and one without, I have had problems with not only the phone that was supplied, but also with very bad signal at my place of residents.
I dealt with a salesman/ assistant manager, called Jo, when I took the phone back to him and to inform him of the signal problems, that I was experiencing, which was within 7 days, he said that he would send in an official request for them to deal with the signal problem, to which I was sent an SMS to say that they were looking into the problem, sins then I have heard nothing.
The cell phone that was supplied with the one contract, has been nothing but a nightmare you may look on your system to see how many times it has been sent in, we were then given a new phone which had the same problems, we then took it back in to which once again they said that it would have to be sent away for software upgrades (in total it's been a minimum of four times at least), which is what was done to the first phone a
