I upgraded to an iphone 5 on the 9/05/2013. I experienced continual signal loss problems took the phone to Canal Walk repair centre, the phone was exchanged. I experienced the same problems took the new phone to the repair centre in early July. This phone as was exchanged again. Signal loss problems continued, I went in to see Leroy Petersen at Vodacom data store, Bayside Mall told him that I needed the problem sorting out as this is unaceptable that I was experiencing these problems with a top of the range phone as I was often unable to call out & customers were often unable to contact me. He suggested trying one last thing as the problem could with the sim card. I agreed to it & swapped the sim on the 29th Aug. The problems continued, on the 24the Sep I upgraded the software, signal loss problems continued. On the 26th Sep I had enough & went back to Leroy at Bayside to tell him that I no longer wanted an iphone & needed the problem to be recitfied. As of yet I have no phone & found out last week they intend on replacing my phone with yet another iphone 5! Truly dissapointed with service on offer & problems with an iphone 5 & lack of will to rectify the problem!!!
