Problems since phone was bought

Dear peter, I bought a z10 bbm cell phone for my hubby birthday from day 1 there was problems "cell went black when call came in, lost signal etc" they kept telling me its an update problem i must update it. so I updated it, worked for a few days then had to go back a few times more (my petrol, my time off work) then the phone lost signal altogether we had to send it in for repairs and they sent it back saying B.E.R I have tried to call them several times to find out why it cant be fixed! they keep telling me that they will get the tech who looked at my phone to call me back I'm still waiting, went in to cell c they said they will call me back and still I'm waiting!!! (2 months later still paying for a broken phone) I have 4 contracts pay almost R1000 a month and this is the way I get treated I'm going to take mine and my families contracts and go else were!!! because now I'm getting sick and tired of all the stories and no help!
