NEVER HAD A PROPER SERVICE

Hi

I recently bought uncapped adsl from Afrihost and have complained that the service is too slow and ever since everything has been installed the telephone line is inaudible. Now at my cost I was advised to buy a new filter which I did and that did not resolve the slow line or the noise on the telephone line, the next step then was for a telkom tech to come out and he has advised that the modem is an issue and there is no fault on the line. Afrihost now recommends that I borrow a modem from a friend or family member to test on my line. YOU ARE PROVIDING A SERVICE AND HAVE PROVIDED ME WITH A MODEM AS WELL. OWN THE PROBLEM!!! you are running a big business not some corner cafe where it is taking you many many days to resolve my issue or even send me running around looking for another problem... I am tired of this poor service from Afrihost... I am very disappointed at how this has been handled and would rather be buying from Mweb as people I speak to have not had these problems with them.
