No Customer Service or feedback??

I have phoned Cell C's customer service and logged a call over a week ago around my billing, I will be charged quite a large amount at the end of this month and it doesn't make sense to me especially if your in and out of bundle rates for data are the same as advertised... It has been now over a week and not a single person from Cell C have updated me and even phoned to ask what the status is... with no clear answer.

I then decided I want to cancel my contract and where told that I need to send a mail to [Email Removed] and inform them that I want to do so. Also did this over a week ago with no reply from Cell C. I am out of my 12 month contract so there will be no issues. Was also told that it will take 20 days to cancel my contract. I will expect that it will be 20 days from when I sent the initial cancellation email, so Cell C have 12 days left to cancel my contract as I will cancel my debit order at this date!

I have sent 4 emails to customer service, asking the same thing over the 8 days, with no response from you... Please sort my issues out asap! Just do a search on your mailbox and you will find all my emails there!
