Quick to Collect Money, Slow to Deliver Service

I ordered a new sim 14 Apr, delivery in 3-5 days. To date no delivery. I have called & followed up endlessly, only to be put on hold for ages with no answer or cut off by your agents (I'll check my bill this month re exact costs). Nobody has given me feedback, followed up, when I called yesterday (Tebego) I was given the brush off to the extent that he refused to escalate the matter when I requsted this. I had to be very difficult & hold on for 15 minutes before I evetually got to speak to what turns out to be a supervisor, Nadine. She had no explanation for not being available, I had long silences from Tebogo & excuses that management are in meetings or busy - clearly too busy for the clients who pay their bills!! Apparently logistics were an issue, not that I care as nobody bothered to notify me of a delay, clearly clients are expected to do YOUR job. Nadine promised delivery today before 12 & to follow up - not surprisingly neither of these happened, when I called she was not available to speak with me - I wish I was shocked at the lack of ownership & disregard for my time, money & needs, but I'm not, I have been a client 12yrs & this standard is expected. #numberportingASAP
