AUTOPAGE CELLULAR at it AGAIN!!!

Its the beginning of the new year and again I am having issues. Altech Autopage over charges their clients. I am supposed to be on the TOP UP 99 where I pay R100 a month. For the month of December I am billed R147.00. They are charging me R47.00 for calls made, yet I put airtime in my phone and I am on the Top Up 99. Endless issues. I have also learnt that they never contact their clients back and most of teh consultants that you speak to, never know what is going on. Altech Autopage is quick to ask for payment and quick to block the line. yet, they cannot relsolve their clients queries. Sad but true. whatever happened to client service. Clients are people that make a company. so they should really relook at their service delivery, consultants and the way in which they treat their clients. After being a client of theirs for 8 years plus. I have never queried my billing and always just paid. So I wonder for how long I have been ripped off for!!!
