Extreamly difficult to get hold of real people

I ordered a Pocket Mod Bella scooter from your online catalouge, i recieved the invoice with amount due incl. deliver costs. I paid for the scooter and assumed delivery would occur within the 10 days stated on the website. I tried to contact you to find out when delivery could be expected but kept having to leave messages... which were never followed up on. When i eventually got hold of an actual person she informed me that the scooter i ordered has not been for sale in SA for quite a while (website update??) Luckily she was very helpful and has promised that i will be refunded for the payment made. Please follow up on messages left and please update the products on the site. Will be much appreciated.
