Cld fast & furious on Thurday 28/02 to follow up on the delivery, she told me that the box is with the driver & should be delivered same day or friday. Cld back on Friday around 16H40 & spoke to Lebo again who failed to give me a valid reason why I did not get my stock. Told her I m not happy & going to log a complain, guess what she told me to go ahead as its not her fault that the driver came back with the box & requested to speak to her supervisor she transfered me to switch board. Cld again & I was on hold for 5min as the so called supervisor did not want to speak to me & was told she's busy... BUSY TO DO HER DUTIES. Still waiting for delivery its 15H35, I expect delivery today and for your information I recorder all conversation maybe Avon might consider looking for another company after listening to how Fast & furious consultants speaks to their representatives. I doubt that service will ever improve in this country with companies like this, we still have a ling way to go...
