Your chosen delivery partner lost you two clients today. It has become painful to deal with your company.

We pre-ordered Battlefield 4 and experienced the following excuses from Mr Delivery.

- Scheduled at 12:00. No delivery - we phone them. Rescheduled to 14:00
- No delivery at 14:00. We phone them - rescheduled to arrive before 17:00
- No delivery at 17:00. We speak to a supervisor that promises to sort it out and phone us back.
- They blamed us for not being home, while somebody was home the entire day waiting for the delivery. No calls, no follow up - just excuses.

My partner and I have been clients since you were Take 2. This is the 3rd time Mr Delivery has messed up one of your order for us. It is time we take our business elsewhere - and we will be vocal about your deteriorating service.
