Starting this topic I researched previous complaints on hellopeter and noticed that many other people had this problem before. In short, be careful if you visit this hospital group because their billing is a mess.

They not interested in resolving the query or come back to you, threatening with legal action. Blake who represent them threatens you with legal action and never gets back to you, both telephone and email queries to [Email Removed] The email on their website [Email Removed] simply bounce back and the alternative email of [Email Removed] simply don't respond.

We receive invoices that don't make sense, then we get told to get letters from the bank to confirm detail for a refund that wasted 2 days of my time, then we receive a cheque in the post for a refund (no idea why we had to get letters from the bank), then more bills and calls from Blake with legal action.? Do we owe them or do they owe us money?

This all for a simple "out of hospital visit" and i must say, the service was bad. Lots of internal political issues with staff who gets disciplined before. Not the way to do it.

Not to worry, we will pay the account
