6 months waiting!!

I booked for a phone line in November last year, and I am still waiting. This is contrary to the promise Telkom made to me, that you should have a line in no longer than 21days. My journey with them has truly been a long and horrendous one. Filled with screaming matches with call center agents and their managers, and all ending with a promise to "escalate" the matter. I eventually went to a Telkom office hoping someone would be appalled by the service the company has given me thus far, instead I was told that apparently in the 5 months that I had been harassing the company I was constantly unavailable for the technicians to install the line. This consultant then went on to tell me that the line was cancelled, I had completely forgot that in a moment of fury I had cancelled. She then goes on to tell me that, I can no longer get the special I had booked originally, instead I will be forced to get something more expensive. I literally felt so defeated and disempowered in that moment, there was nothing more to be said. They promised they would get the line installed on the line19th of April. It's now the 25th and I'm still waiting!
