Ad start with cell c

I applied for acontract two weeks ago its been approved they advised there is no stock of the lg l 9 and will take a week im without a phone and had to borrow one . i phoned the shop no answer sent email as well even to the call centre no reply or call. if this is the case i want to cancell the contract. this not a nice start with cell c
