I recently decided to change service providers and decided to go with Cell C.

I pre-ordered an IPhone 5 through the Cell C website on the day that it became available and never a got a single response.

I then decided to put my name down on a waiting list with the following stores: Tygervalley Centre, Canal Walk and N1 City and didn't get a response from them either.

Next i got in touch with Cell C Direct and eventually applied for a contract which got approved early January only to be told that they don't have stock. Without any indication as to when the Phone would be delivered I then got a call a week later from a Cell C Sales Agent asking if I would like to sign up for a new contract.

I told the sales rep that i already have an approved contract and all i want is the Phone and then got told that i would just have to wait.

The Phone has been available for a month now and yet no one at Cell C can tell me when i can expect my phone to be delivered. I even posted a comment on the Cell C Facebook page where i was also told that some one would get in touch with me on the same day and this was done last week and still no response.

Any answer from Cell C would be appreciated
