Autopage's empty promises

1) This is my wife's second contract with Autopage where they offer a contract with some sort of incentive, and never deliver to their promises. First contract we were meant to get a Ster Kinekor movie voucher for a couple of movies. Her current contract (2 months old) we were meant to get car charger. In both cases we haven't received a thing. Every time we enquire they are out of stock. Its more about the principle of advertising these incentives but not following it through. This is also breach of contract, isn't it?
2) I asked them to set a usage limit on her account. When I asked the consultant about this, they said it can't be done. On the consultant's computer screen I could clearly see there is an option to do this. I enquired again, but they said it doesn't work. Autopage's data charges are ridiculously expensive (R2/MB). Why can most service providers offer this, but not Autopage?
