Cell C
Incorrect information from Cell C

On Friday (3 May) I applied for a contract with Cell C. I sent all my documents required to them. On Tuesday (7 May) I phoned them and they said the line has been approved and that they are just waiting for stock then they would send it. On Wednesday (8 May) I phoned them to find out about stock (as the person said I should phone), then they told me that my application has been declined. How does that work???
