A judgment has been placed on my name for an amount that is incorrect. Yolande Nel had responded to my last complaint and apologised (taken accountability for the error) but ever since, I am unable to reach her as the judgment amount that has been placed by Vodacom on my credit profile reflects the amount including the incorrect number that was placed onto my name. The customer care agents are more frustrated that you call in for customer service and never transfer you to the correct place. When you do get to the Legal dept. you are required to input your I.D. no. which after three time of inserting the CORRECT I.D. number you are transferred back to the dreaded customer helpdesk!!! This has become a tiresome, painful whatever you want to call it. I am left hanging in the balance, making all the calls, all the emails struggling to sort out a admitted mistake made by Vodacom who shows no remourse or the want or need to perfect the issues of BAD SERVICE.
