Horrible Service

Dispute or query an account with Cell C contact center and if the agents cannot help you they will transfer you to another agent and this ping pong game will go on until you drop the phone. Call the main desk and ask to speak to a Customer Service manager you will also be transferred to various departments which will then transfer you back to another department. All i wanted was customer service, I have lost count on how many times this has happened or service agents were rude, could not help, pass the buck and simply did not care. All I wanted was to be helped. Seems like Cell C supply does not care about their customers.
