Incompetant? So puts me on hold to get rid of me

Nashua Mobile have been overcharging me since February last year, as their Fourways staff member did not connect my 2GB I had just purchased, correctly. But linked it to my 100mb cell phone data bundle. I have phoned the call centre many times re the costs. Only when I migrated my cell to prepaid and miraculously my iPad on the """2GB"""" bundle still on contract - guess what - stopped working - only then did the agent agree my data had been incorrectly linked. ORIGINAL REF: 1001200358.

Now I have been on hold to account for 45 minutes and she still does not return to resolve my issue. This issue has escalated my monthly bill from an average of R300 to R1100 / R1500 per month!!
