About two weeks ago i called the cal centre asking why they are deducting extra R100 from my account every month. I was told that it was an error on their side and that they have rectified it. Today 06.09.2013 i get an sms saying they have deducted my account - yet again another R100 extra! Called the call centre all i get is no we do not work with this account please hold while we transfer you to the 8ta internet side, great so i get through and explain the problem. No they cannot help me they need to transfer me to the accounts department (the people who had just transferred me to them) so i get transferred and once again get told that they cannot help me they will transfer me to the 8ta internet department! so i get transferred right back to where i was to be told they cannot help me and once again the transfer me straight back to where i was!!! i ask to speak to a manager or supervisor - Florance whom was very rude in telling me that they cannot help me i need to go through to the other department!!! this is horrible service and i demand to know what is going on? why can none help me? are we just going to keep on passing the buck?? rather take my money to neotell or cell c th
